Hey all, so I got offered this position at a nice company ‘A’ with good pay and accepted the offer. Company A will soon file the transfer petition and it should be approved by end of July. You can only be employed with the petitioning employer that requested the H-1B on your behalf. You idea of performing work for UBER will violate your visa status unless you have a specific H-1B for that purpose.
