You got a grace period of 90 days from the date of obtaining foriegn citizenship (note: not the date you got passport) before you must stop using the Indian passport. If you exceed this grace period and still use it you may have to pay penalty.

I have traveled to India on e-visa on UK passport, while still retaining my Indian passport as I didn't have time to surrender it. No Issues faced whatsoever. As far as you are not using your Indian passport - No issues.
