I don't know where to begin. I have been trying for two days to find someone at paypal who cares. I have close to three thousand dollars in my account I have been trying everything to transfer money to myself with absolutely no success. Multiple calls, multiple messages little to no response. Insufficient Funds for Refund
You don’t have to reply to this or upvote, I just need to vent lol. It’s actually beyond stupid that I have to “add funds” to my account in order to refund a buyer, and the refund can’t just automatically be taken out of my bank account. Then I get charged fees when I try to transfer money into my account. Such a scam.

PayPal holding my gambling winnings for 180days
Long story short used my fully verified PayPal account for around a year, no selling or buying, just using it occasionally to deposit on my gambling site or paying for food deliveries and odd bits.
