I got a call from my agency this morning telling me if i received this email, and i was like, yeah i had yesterday. she actually ended up telling me that this email is sent out if your visa has been issued; now i don't know this for absolutely sure, but she was telling me that it means we have been accepted and our visas should be to us shortly.
