Why is Ticketmaster not accepting my Visa?
Your card details (number, CVC and/or expiry date) are incorrect. Your card has been declined due to insufficient funds. Your bank has disallowed us to process your transaction on your card.
Where is payment options on Ticketmaster?
On our full desktop site Sign in then click on Payment Options. You'll be able to add, delete or edit the billing info and expiration date. You will not be able to edit the credit card number of an existing card.
Why does Ticketmaster not take my card?

Tickets that are obtained from unauthorized sources, and not directly through our Site, may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and, if so, are void.
Can you refund a seating map?
Please note that seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout; however, they are subject to change at any time, and refunds are not allowed if the seating map is updated, if additional seats / rows are added, or if seats change as a result of a venue change after purchase.
Can you order tickets online with multiple browsers?
When ordering tickets online with us, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets, errors occurring during the purchase process, or timer expiration.

How does Credit Card Entry work?
Sometimes the event organisers will ask us to use Credit Card Entry, to make sure as many genuine fans as possible get the chance to book and attend the event. Please remember that this means no paper tickets will be sent in the post.
What if I don't have a drivers’ license Proof of Age Card or Passport?
It's going to be really strict on the night, so you will need some state issued photo ID. If you can't provide the right ID, you might not get in – and we can't refund unless the event actually gets cancelled. To avoid problems, if you don't have any photo ID , it's best to get someone else in your group to order the tickets.
What if the credit card I used expires before the event?
Just bring the old card, or the replacement card with the same credit card number and updated expiry. If you destroyed your old card and your new one has a different number please contact customer service.
Do you need a photo ID to buy a ticket?
The name on your photo ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used for the ticket purchase, otherwise you will be refused entry to the event. The cardholder must be present at the time of entry into the event and must be attending the event.
Does Ticketmaster have a purchase policy?

Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.
