I initially was excited to see a bargain on the reduced costs for evaluation of the visa options. I paid $19 which was said to have been an offer. Then I had to follow up if there was any evaluation going on after this one person got in touch who did not appear to have an idea about the procedures/or did not share with me the relevant information.
