Taking your money with little regard for completing the services. I have a suspicion the "glowing reviews" are the false ones. I just paid Passport & Visas $117 to rush the process of changing my name on my passport since we are going on a trip soon.

Find another company to get your passport expedite. We paid extra for 15 day expedite service as well as extra for the “VIP” service. We received the passport in 25 days not 15 and our VIP service was non-existant.
Needed a Renwal in 6 weeks

I have sent OVER 60 emails, made over 60 phone calls, and have spent hours on hold. My documents were sent overnight on Jan 27th, and I've not heard from my Account Manager after requesting over 60 times! He emailed me on Feb 3rd that he would get back to me ASAP. That was 9:01 am n Feb 3rd.

Beware! This company charged me $800.00 a piece for 2 passports plus extra $100.00 a piece for help in guidance from a women named Patty. Everything was shipped from post office to them with Fedex overnight 1/25/22. The whole time they knew we were leaving 2/6/22 to Mexico.

Great service
Great service. They were able to ship the Passport by Fedex to Mexico where i went with my Italian Passport because of a slight delay in of the State Department. Watch out for the Post Office passport pictures. Mine was refused by the SD. I then sent one a couple of days later from Fedex and it worked fine, but since the delay.

Terrible service. It is a scam. They make it look like you are actually renewing your passport. They hide the language that they are a service. Then when you realize it too late, they charge you $50 to cancel within 24 hours, which is all they give you to cancel, even on the weekends when they are closed.. Do not use this service.
