After more than two months into tight monitoring of the pandemic’s effect in the country and its citizens, Vietnam has announced that they will start issuing evisas to tourists from 80 countries (expanded from 40) starting July 1, 2020.

Effective March 15, 2022, the Vietnamese government has resumed pre-pandemic visa issuance policies. All previous visa restrictions have been lifted.
