SCAM ALERT

After sending all signed documents - their staff filled out, my paperwork was NEVER sent to the Embassy! I've requested a refund, to no avail! SCAM ALERT -- STAY AWAY!

I have sent OVER 60 emails -- NO COMMUNICATION!

I have sent OVER 60 emails, made over 60 phone calls, and have spent hours on hold. My documents were sent overnight on Jan 27th, and I've not heard from my Account Manager after requesting over 60 times! He emailed me on Feb 3rd that he would get back to me ASAP. That was 9:01 am n Feb 3rd.

Beware

Beware! This company charged me $800.00 a piece for 2 passports plus extra $100.00 a piece for help in guidance from a women named Patty. Everything was shipped from post office to them with Fedex overnight 1/25/22. The whole time they knew we were leaving 2/6/22 to Mexico.

Passports & Visas was great!

Passports & Visas was great!! Worked with Lily and she was wonderful! I started the process on 01/11/22 and received my new passport on 02/04/22. I discovered just over a month before my trip that my passport had expired.

Mike Sosa really came through for us!

This is a complete re-write of a nasty review I left earlier today. A very simple misunderstanding led to a processing issue, but Mr. Sosa called today and resolved everything. Thank you! Now...to pack for Mexico!

Worth it!!!

I worked with Lily and she guided me through every step of the way. It was expensive but worth it for peace of mind. I got my passport super fast. No issues. Definitely recommend if you are in a crunch.
