I’m so excited today my I-485 marriage based was approved without an interview.
It's really hard to stay positive
My whole life depends on the application I sent in and it's taking so long. It's very hard to stay positive and not let negative thoughts enter your head after this many months. I'm constantly anxious and sometimes I feel like crying out of no where.

Allowable length of stay
The allowable duration of stay is as long as the primary L-1 visa holder maintains valid status, or up to a maximum of seven years, whichever is shorter.

Length of processing
