Based on what is in the mailer, I think you would be better off with the evergreen since its a 2% CB card where that appears to be a points card worth 1% per their wording.

This is the exact thing that happened to me I applied from the mailer and was approved for that same card for a cl of $11,300. I applied from the mailer since the pre approval site from FNBO is known to be not totally accurate and it seems like it gives everyone a CL of $15,000.

They can claim it as being "prestigious" or "exclusive" all they want but it looks like an extremely lackluster card, pretty much any rewards card will give that much rewards ( i.e. 1%) as a baseline in addition to higher rewards in certain categories.
