COMPLETE SCAM!!! They make using the card very difficult so that you will not use it and they get to keep your cash!!! DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS!!! You have to either use it for the exact amount or less than in order to use it. So if you have as card for $25 and you buy something that is $25.01 you can not use the card.

Had a dispute for a minimal amount that was charged to my card via PayPal. Vanilla gift disputed the charge and told me I have to contact Pay Pal. Thank goodness only a small amount was on the card.

They give to me as a present and when I tried to use it it didn’t work so I talked to somebody and they said that my card was reported stolen which is not true so they told me that I have to file a complaint which was a big hustle.
